- Do I need an account to buy framed artwork?
- No. Checkout is guest-only. Provide your name, contact details and delivery address.
- What sizes are available?
- Each artwork is offered in A0 (841 × 1189 mm), A1 (594 × 841 mm), A2 (420 × 594 mm).
- What framing options are available?
- Each artwork is offered in a Canvas float frame or Standard frame, in Black, White, Dark Oak, Natural Oak. Oak colours are wood-look finishes. Frame colour does not change the price.
- How long does an order take?
- Framed work is made to order and typically ready 7–10 working days from the order.
- Do you deliver framed artwork?
- Free delivery to SA main centres on all framed artwork. Collection by arrangement is free.
- Can I visit the studio?
- This is an online studio, not a walk-in shop. Shop online anytime, or get in touch by phone, WhatsApp or email. Collection by arrangement is free.
- What if the work arrives damaged?
- Please inspect work on delivery. If something is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will make it right.
- Do you offer custom picture framing?
- Yes. Custom framing and printing quotes are available by phone, WhatsApp or email. Shop collection prices are on each product page. Framed work is made to order and typically ready 7–10 working days from the order.
- Where is the work made?
- Made and framed in Cape Town.
- How should I care for the canvas?
- Ready to hang. Place it on an interior wall, out of prolonged direct sun. Avoid bathrooms, steamy kitchens, radiators and heaters — heat and humidity can loosen the canvas. Dust the frame with a soft, dry cloth. Do not wipe, spray or wet the printed surface. Do not lean objects against the canvas. If you store it, keep it upright in a dry room.
