- Do I need an account to buy framed artwork?
- No. Checkout is guest-only. Provide your name, contact details and delivery address.
- What sizes are available?
- Individual artworks are offered in A0 (841 × 1189 mm), A1 (594 × 841 mm), A2 (420 × 594 mm). Sets of 2 are A1 only (594 × 841 mm each). Both canvases in a set are the same size.
- What is a set of 2?
- A set of 2 is two complementary A1 portrait canvases designed to hang 8–15cm apart. Both pieces are finished in the same modern box frame and frame finish. The price is the total for both artworks. Free delivery to major South African centres. Outlying-area charges are calculated at checkout. Quantity 1 is one complete pair. Sets are listed on the shop, and also at /shop/sets-of-two.
- What framing options are available?
- Each artwork is finished in a modern box frame, in Black, White, Dark Wood Style, Light Wood Style. Available in black, white, Dark Wood Style and Light Wood Style finishes. Your choice of finish does not change the price.
- How long does an order take?
- Made to order in Cape Town. Ready for dispatch or collection within 7–10 working days. This is production time; courier transit time is additional.
- Do you deliver framed artwork?
- Free delivery to major South African centres. Subsidised delivery rates apply to outlying areas and are calculated at checkout. Collection by arrangement is free.
- Can I visit the studio?
- This is an online studio, not a walk-in shop. Shop online anytime, or get in touch by phone, WhatsApp or email. Collection by arrangement is free.
- What if the work arrives damaged?
- Please inspect your artwork promptly after delivery. For visible transit damage, contact us preferably within 48 hours with photographs. This request helps us resolve courier claims promptly and does not remove your statutory rights if a problem is reported later.
- Can I return an artwork?
- For standard catalogue purchases made online, you may notify us in writing that you wish to cancel within seven days of receiving the goods. You pay only the direct return-delivery cost. This does not limit your rights where goods are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied. See Terms, delivery & returns at /terms.
- Do you offer custom picture framing?
- Yes. Custom framing and printing quotes are available by phone, WhatsApp or email. Shop collection prices are on each product page. Made to order in Cape Town. Ready for dispatch or collection within 7–10 working days.
- Where is the work made?
- Made and framed in Cape Town.
- How should I care for the canvas?
- Ready to hang. Place it on an interior wall, out of prolonged direct sun. Avoid bathrooms, steamy kitchens, radiators and heaters — heat and humidity can loosen the canvas. Dust the frame with a soft, dry cloth. Do not wipe, spray or wet the printed surface. Do not lean objects against the canvas. If you store it, keep it upright in a dry room.
